Remember when you were a homebuyer? What was it about your house that you made you fall in love? Make sure your home is clean and in pristine condition to make buyers fall in love, like you once did.
3. Showings
Be flexible! The first week on the market will be busy, if a lot of showings is too much for you, consider taking a vacation during the first weekend on the market. If you are home and a showing is scheduled, leave the house. A buyer and their agent will have a better showing without your interference.
4. Professional Photography

If you list your home in a condition that is not up to par or at a price that is higher then the market will pay, you will regret it in the long run. Your home will sit on the market longer and a buyer will submit low offers. Listen to your real estate agent’s suggestions and get your home sold.
