Evan FaQuin moved to Phoenix in 2006 after graduating from the University of Missouri and quickly immersed herself in the dynamic Arizona real estate market. In 2008, she began her real estate career alongside industry veteran Ed Drummond, establishing a foundation of trust, service, and professionalism that continues to define her approach today.
Currently serving as the Associate Broker at Capstone Realty Professionals, Evan leads the Property Management Division with a focus on operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and long-term value for clients. Evan’s passion for real estate is matched only by her dedication to her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Bryan, their two children, Mac and Mimi, and their chihuahua, Preston.
