As of March 26, 2025, the Phoenix real estate market continues to show signs of change—particularly for buyers who have been waiting for the right time to jump in. While interest rates have remained relatively stable, they haven’t dropped enough to significantly impact affordability for first-time buyers. Still, other factors suggest a growing opportunity for those in the market.
We’re seeing a noticeable increase in available homes across the Phoenix metro area. More inventory means more options for buyers—and longer days on market for sellers. This shift has led to a rise in price reductions as sellers adjust to stay competitive.
In fact, only a few cities—Maricopa, Buckeye, Glendale, and Avondale—saw slight improvements from a seller’s perspective. Everywhere else, supply continues to outpace demand, creating more leverage for buyers.
