    I have been a landlord with rental properties here and in other parts of the U.S. The people at Capstone are the best property managers of any property management company I’ve ever had managing my properties both now and in the past. They have always managed according to my best interests as well as my tenant’s in a very cordial and professional manner. They are very responsive when I had inquiries or needed attention re my properties. I love their end-of-year statements for tax reporting purposes too. I wouldn’t use any other company to manage my properties in the Phoenix area. They are indeed the best of the best.
