Our property manager Stephanie Bennett is the best to work with. she is highly responsive, solution oriented. We are stress free because Stephanie will provide solutions right away if any issues come up with the maintenance of our property. She is an amazing manager for both us and our tenants. This rating is primarily because of one of Capstone’s property managers, Stephanie Bennett. Believe me when I say that I’m not being coerced or incentivized to say this, but Stephanie is an amazing property manager to work with. I have lived in numerous apartments/properties and hands-down, Stephanie has been the best person I’ve ever worked/dealt with.
Not only we’ve experienced consistent professionalism along with swift responses but she brought humanity back into the fold. What do I mean by that? Well, a lot of managers just seem to work their job to clock-in and then clock-out. If you had issues that needed to be addressed, a lot just blow you off with the “aww, that sucks” attitude and not do much, if any at all. With Stephanie, not only does she address the issue but she made a point to understand the situation and made proper arrangements while being both personable and professional.
She is also persistent. Some may find it a bad thing but her persistence held every party accountable and got things moving. If she needed something from us, she would continually attempted make contact. Some managers just let things slip, the tenants get into trouble, and then there’s problems down the line. Not with Stephanie. She is proactive and makes sure everyone is good. It can even be said if the HOA has critical info that needed to be passed down (say, new codes for community and package lockers) or even getting prompt response from the owners (like getting approval for pets in the property). I personally think that persistence is a great trait because as mentioned, it holds all parties accountable and prevent problems from arising in the future.
I could probably go on but this is a little too long now so I’ll just end it with this: Stephanie is an amazing property manager. If you are working with her, you know you’re in good hands. Also, shout out to Yaz for making the initial lease start/signing as easy as possible!

Capstone Realty Professionals were recommended to us by a friend, and I am so glad that we took their suggestion. We moved out-of-state and needed to sell our condo, Capstone walked us through every detail of the process, Ed even called us from the airport before leaving for vacation! What a great experience selling my rental property. I am very busy and did not have the time to put into selling…that is when Ed took over and made the experience painless for me. I gave him authority to get my house in order and he and the rest of the team did a great job of making it all go smoothly. Not only did he get my house in order, but sold it in one day.
