- Licensed & insured. Provide current licenses, COI, and a W-9.
- Professional conduct. Respect residents and neighbors, follow community rules, and keep job sites clean.
- Responsive communication. Acknowledge new work orders promptly, provide clear ETAs, and notify us of delays or scope changes.
- Transparent pricing. Written estimates before work begins; no surprise charges. Competitive rates and warranties on labor/materials.
- Quality workmanship. Code-compliant repairs with proper permits when required, plus before/after photos on completion.
- Reliability. Show up on time, meet deadlines, and stand behind your work. After-hours/emergency capability is a plus.
- Simple paperwork. Digital invoices, detailed line items, and readiness to use our vendor portal/ACH for fast payment after approval.
