This week's market update discusses the tight real estate market in Phoenix and virtual home tours. That's right, Capstone is now offering virtual home tours for our properties in an effort to keep everyone safe during these scary times. With COVID-19 updates coming at us fast, and often, we know how important it is to provide virtual tours to clients still in the market for a new home but also in an effort to follow the right health and safety protocols. When we say that the housing market is competitive and the pickings are slim, we mean it. Our first virtual home tour went better than expected with an offer made within 2 days of the house being listed.
