Capstone Weekly Update #114

Lots of stuff going on behind the scenes at Capstone while the market tries to figure itself out. Inventory growth relative to demand is slowing, so homes on the market should have a better chance of closing if we stay at the same rate of inventory growth. Demand for homes on the outskirts of town is down as options to buy closer to the city center are more plentiful. Rental rates seem to have stabilized in most of the Valley.
