This week's market update for Phoenix real estate and property management falls closely in line with updates from recent weeks as we continue to see the housing market thrive in the valley. The great thing about our pre-marketing strategy is that most homes go under contract before they are listed as live listings and if for any reason the buyer backs out, we still have the opportunity to list the home from day one on MLS and still get it sold in a decent amount of time.
