Weekly Market Update 6/26/20

This week's market update discusses the importance of rent payments for homeowners. As investors, it is crucial for tenants to continue paying rent and we want to make sure that our Phoenix property owners know that we are doing everything in our power to make sure everyone is taken care of. Our pre-marketing strategies for homes about to hit the market seems to be working too well right now. With so few houses on the market, anything that does become available seems to have offers within days of being listed. While we are always happy when a home sells quickly, we also know how difficult the times are for buyers. We are seeing an increase in rent applications which is great as last month applications were down.
