Weekly Market Update 8/7/20

The Capstone Realty Professionals team is stronger than ever. Through these tough times, we continue to focus on our client's needs. Whether you are a property owner in Phoenix or a tenant, we know that the unknown is scary but we are working around the clock to ensure we can provide the best service to each of you. As we all know, we are waiting for our government to make some major decisions in the coming weeks and we hope that the lawmakers will lend financial support to property owners who are being affected by tenants not paying rent. We hope to know more in the coming weeks, and as our team learns of any changes, we will be sure to inform you as well. We are seeing a lot of changes in the market but it is still a great time to sell. The only downfall we are seeing for sellers currently, is that buyers are becoming pickier as fewer houses go up for sale. New builds are selling faster than anticipated which is also a great sign. Overall, we continue to stay positive and focused as a team, helping our clients find homes, sell homes, and manage their Phoenix properties. Make sure you watch the full video update below!
