Christa Terrasas was born and raised in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. Christa has served in several customer service roles over the years as well as worked in the real estate industry since 2004. She oversees the day-to-day management of our client’s properties. She has strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting software as well as excellent communication skills. Since joining Capstone Realty Professionals, she has become an active member of Capstone Contributes which involves giving back to the community.

When Christa isn’t working, she enjoys watching movies, music and spending time with her family and dogs. Christa’s determination, expertise and drive to excellence coupled with passion for providing the best services make her a great addition to Capstone Realty.
